Clare is a busy professional flautist whose work ranges from complex classical repertoire in concert halls and opera houses around the world, to playing for the Royal Family at Buckingham Palace and serenading the models on the red carpet for Vogue. She appeared with the BBC Concert Orchestra alongside Elton John, Stevie Wonder and Kylie Minogue in the BBC Music version of the Beach Boys 'God Only Knows' which went viral in 2014.

Orchestral freelancer: English National Opera, London Mozart Players, BBC Concert Orchestra, Philharmonia, Northern Sinfonia, London Philharmonic Orchestra, Manchester Camerata, BBC Philharmonic Orchestra, English Chamber Orchestra, Opera North.
Theatre: 'Les Miserables' (deputy 2016-present), 'Wicked' tour (deputy 2013-2016), 'South Pacific' tour (deputy 2013), 'Oliver!' tour (2011-2013), 'The Secret Garden' (2009-2011).
Teaching: Professor of flute at Junior department of Trinity Laban, Wycombe Abbey and Prospect House School. Deputy teacher at Junior department of Royal College of Music.
Masterclasses / coaching: Hong Kong Flute Academy (working alongside Paul Edmund-Davies), ENO Baylis (GCSE and A level performance classes), Harrogate Flute Kitchen, Flutewise. Coaching includes: National Schools Symphony Orchestra, Junior RCM Symphony Orchestra and Sinfonia.
Outreach: Live Music Now artist (2004-2009), Music in Hospitals artist, Superact artist, ENO 'Opera Squad', Junior Trinity (various outreach projects). Classical children's concerts with: BBC Philharmonic, Philharmonia, Opera North.
Flight: Clare works alongside Abigail Burrows and Gareth McLearnon, performing with the trio worldwide. Venues include: Old Billingsgate, Westminster Abbey and Somerset House in London, Espace Hotel in Marrakech and Hôtel Hermitage in Monte Carlo. Find out more about Flight here.
